Where are you located?

Our studio is located inside SnapBox Storage in Horn Lake, MS.

Are all of your sessions studio only?

We are not limited to indoor (studio) sessions. We offer outdoor sessions and are open to client suggestions regarding a location, i.e. client's home, church, school, etc.

How many family members can I include in a booked session?

Our studio can seat 7 individuals comfortably. Any booking of 8 or more individuals will require us to use an alternate location or outdoor venue.

Am I allowed to bring extra family or friends?

We are open to clients bringing up to two additional guests for support or assistance. We provide extra seating for guests and ask your guests to please remain seated during your session. We also ask that guests and clients limit phone recordings to a minimum, to prevent distractions for the client and photographer.

Do you travel outside of your local area?

Yes! Even though our studio is located in Horn Lake, MS, we service the entire Memphis, TN-Metro Mid-South area. There is an additional fee for any booking that is outside the 60-mile range from Memphis, TN.

Do you offer prints? If so, do I have to order through you?

Yes, we offer high-quality printing services with your photos. All packages include the digital rights to your edited photos. We give permission for our clients to use services such as Walgreens, WalMart, CVS, etc. to print.

Will I receive a graphics overlay and music with my 360 Booth rental?

Yes, this is apart of the "KJKZ 360 Experience." Details on graphics and music selection will be discussed when service is booked.

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, we require non-refundable deposits to book. The deposits are deducted from your overall total. More details on booking requirements is listed on our "Terms & Policy" page. Without a deposit, we can not guarantee a booking.
